Renditöösuhte puhul sõlmib tööandja ehk rendiagentuur renditöötajaga töölepingu, mille alusel lähetab ta renditöötaja ajutiselt tööd tegema kolmanda isiku ehk kasutajaettevõtja juurde viimase juhtimisel ja järelevalve all.
