1. The Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union shall act as depositary of this Protocol.
The depositary shall publish in the Official Journal of the European Communities information on the progress of adoptions and accessions, declarations and reservations and any other notification concerning this Protocol.
2. The Contracting Parties shall inform one another, via the Depositary, of the authority referred to in paragraph 1.
