For the tourist, the contribution of this research indicates that the Mirror Tourist sees Instagram fashion influencers (IFIs) not only as a fashion agent, but also as a tourist influencer, as the results of this research show that the MR also has an interest in travel content. IFIs act as a source of tourist information for these users. The recommendations produced by influencers about hotels, restaurants, complementary tourist activities or tourist destinations, among others, is received by the MR as indirect tourist information which can inspire their future trips.
