  • Rendilepinguga kohustub üks isik (rendileandja) andma teisele isikule (rentnik) kasutamiseks rendilepingu eseme ning võimaldama talle rendilepingu esemest korrapärase majandamise reeglite järgi saadava vilja. Rentnik on kohustatud maksma selle eest tasu (renti).
