  • Taotlus käesolevat lepingut puudutava peatamise kohta esitatakse ministrite konverentsile arutamiseks vastavalt konsensuse teel otsuste langetamise praktikale. Ministrite konverents määrab selle taotluse arutamiseks tähtaja, mis ei ületa 90 päeva.
