ownership reservation - an agreement in connection with a sale of movable property in accordance with which the vendor retains ownership until full payment of the sale price
Kui vallasasja müügi puhul on kokku lepitud, et kuni ostuhinna tasumiseni jääb asja omand müüjale, eeldatakse, et omand läheb ostjale üle ostuhinna täieliku tasumisega (omandireservatsioon).
1. In the case of sale with reservation of title of ownership, delivery means bringing the ting under the control of the buyer.
2. Annex I to the draft Bankruptcy Convention contains uniform rules dealing with proof of the spouse's claim to property (Article 1), set-off (Article 2) and the question whether clauses containing a reservation of title are valid as against the creditors of the buyer (Article 3 of the Uniform Law in conjunction with Article 41 of the draft).
