Regulation 9: Inclining test Paragraph (2) Where alterations are made to a vessel affecting its light ship condition and/or the position of the centre of gravity, the vessel shall, if the Administration considers this necessary taking into account the vessels stability margins, be reinclined and the stability information revised. However, if the lightweight variation exceeds 2 % from the original lightweight and it cannot be demonstrated by calculation that the vessel continues to comply with the stability criteria, the vessel shall be re-inclined.
