  • Regulation 9: Inclining test Paragraph (2) Where alterations are made to a vessel affecting its light ship condition and/or the position of the centre of gravity, the vessel shall, if the Administration considers this necessary taking into account the vessels stability margins, be reinclined and the stability information revised.
