  • (1) Käesolevas seaduses mõistetakse töökohana füüsilisest isikust ettevõtja või äriühingu ettevõtte, riigi või kohaliku omavalitsuse asutuse, mittetulundusühingu või sihtasutuse (edaspidi ettevõte) territooriumil või tööruumis paiknevat töötamiskohta ja selle ümbrust või muid töötamiskohti, kuhu töötajal on töötamise ajal juurdepääs või kus ta töötab tööandja loal või korraldusel.
