1. Kui ekspert, tõlk või tunnistaja viibib kohtuistungil väljaspool oma elukohta, hüvitatakse talle sõiduraha, korteriraha ja makstakse päevaraha Vabariigi Valitsuse kehtestatud suuruses.
2. Töölähetusse saadetule hüvitatakse: 1) sõidukulud töökohast lähetuskohta ja tagasi; 2) majutuskulud lähetuspaigas; 3) muud lähetusülesande täitmisega seotud kulud ning 4) makstakse päevaraha teeloleku ja lähetuskohas viibimise aja eest.
1. The travel costs referred to in Article 13 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 4045/89 shall include travelling expenses incurred by officials on assignment, accommodation expenses and subsistence allowances paid in accordance with national provisions and/or practices.
2. For staff expenditure, the following shall constitute supporting documents: ... (d) in respect of mission expenses: - the travel order duly signed by the competent authority, - the 'statement of mission expenses' showing, in particular, the place of mission, the dates and times of departure and arrival at the place of mission, travel expenses, subsistence expenses, and other expenses duly authorized on production of supporting documents; this statement shall be signed by the official on mission and by the administrative superior to whom the appropriate powers have been delegated.
