  • (1) Tehniline kirjeldus käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on hankelepingu eseme kirjeldamiseks vastavas valdkonnas tegutsevatele isikutele arusaadavat terminoloogiat ja täpsusastet kasutades hankija kehtestatud: 1) asjade või teenuste hankelepingu esemeks olevate asjade või teenuste omaduste ja neile esitatavate nõuete loetelu; 2) ehitustööde hankelepingu esemeks olevate ehitustööde omaduste ja neile esitatavate tehniliste nõuete kogum.
