Juhatuse esindusõigus. (1) Osaühingut võib kõikide tehingute tegemisel esindada iga juhatuse liige, kui põhikirjaga ei ole ette nähtud, et juhatuse liikmed esindavad osaühingut mitmekesi või ühiselt.
