  • (1) Loomne saadus käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 853/2004, millega sätestatakse loomset päritolu toidu hügieeni erieeskirjad (ELT L 139, 30.04.2004, lk 55–205), I lisa punktis 8.1 sätestatud loomne toode.
