  • õlipüüdur - seade õli eraldamiseks aurumasinate heitaurust ja kondensaadist. Heitaur puhastatakse plaat- või tsentrifugaalõlipüüdureis. Õliosakesed sadestuvad plaatidele, mille vastu põrkub plaatõlipüüdurit läbiv aur, või tsentrifugaalõlipüüduri kere seintele, kuhu nad paiskuvad pöörisliikuvast aurust. Õlipüüduri kere põhja nõrgunud õli eemaldatakse. Kondensaat puhastatakse jadaühendatud pind- või mahtfiltreis, mis hrl paigaldatakse soojakasti (kondensaadikogur).

Usage examples
  • A dynamic oil separator must be installed in the piping downstream of the bilge pump or, failing this, a static separator must be fitted around each suction strainer.
  • Other similar fuel pumps means for ships constructed on or after 1 January 2003 lubricating oil service pumps, thermal oil circulating pumps and oil separators. However paragraph .6 of this regulation need not apply to oily water separators.
