Proceedings for review of a judicial disposition that has entered into effect (subsequently referred to as ‘review’ in the translation of this Chapter) mean consideration, by the Supreme Court, of an application for review of such a disposition in order to decide on the re-opening of proceedings in the misdemeanour case in which the disposition was made.
