  • (2) Kaitseväekohustuslane on: 1) kutsealune; 2) 18–60-aastane meessoost isik; 3) kaitseväekohustuse võtnud üle 18-aastane isik; 4) tegevteenistuses olev üle 60-aastane isik, kes ei ole ületanud piirvanust; 5) piirvanuse ületanud tegevväelane, kes on Vabariigi Valitsuse või valdkonna eest vastutava ministri nimetataval ametikohal, kuni ametikohalt vabastamiseni.
