Hääletamine kohtuorganites
(1) Kõik otsused võetakse vastu lihthäälteenamusega.
(2) Hääletamisest keeldumine või erapooletuks jäämine ei ole lubatud.
(3) Kui hääled jagunevad võrdselt, otsustab asja eesistuja hääl.
Väljakutsumisega seoses olevad kulud ja tasud makstakse välja eeluurimis- või kohtuasutuste vahendite arvel Vabariigi Valitsuse poolt kindlaksmääratud korras.
Should the case not be settled by compromise, and the master is therefore brought before a competent Gabonese judicial body, a reasonable bank security shall be fixed by the competent authority within two working days, following the conclusion of the compromise procedure, pending the judicial decision.
