  • enamsoodustus - rahvusvahelistes lepingutes põhimõte, mille järgi üks lepinguosaline kohustub teisele andma kõik samad õigused ja soodustused, mis ta on andnud või kavatseb anda ükskõik millisele muule riigile. Enamsoodustus kohustab hoiduma teist lepinguosalist diskrimineerimast. Harilikult on enamsoodustus vastastikune, kuid mõnikord võib olla ka ühepoolne.
