Erirežiim (1) Erirežiim on makseraskustes oleva või Finantsinspektsiooni hinnangul finantsseisundi tõttu tõenäoliselt makseraskustesse sattuva Eesti kindlustusandja või kolmanda riigi kindlustusandja Eesti filiaali esindamiseks või tema tegevuseks kehtestatud tavalisest erinev kord, mille eesmärk on välja selgitada makseraskuste põhjused ja iseloom ja maksevõime taastamise võimalused ning võtta tarvitusele abinõud kindlustusvõtjate, kindlustatute ja soodustatud isikute huvide kaitsmiseks.
