  • (3) Ühikuhind on kauba ühe kilogrammi, ühe liitri, ühe meetri, ühe ruutmeetri, ühe kuupmeetri või muu kauba turustamisel laialdaselt ja tavapäraselt kasutatava ühe ühiku lõpphind. Ühikuhinnaks võib olla ka tükihind, kui kaupa ei mõõdeta eelnimetatud ühikutes.
