(1) Lastekaitsetöötaja on Sotsiaalkindlustusameti või kohaliku omavalitsuse üksuse ametnik, kes täidab talle käesolevas seaduses või muus õigusaktis sätestatud ülesandeid lapse õiguste ja heaolu tagamisel.
