§ 10. Lastekaitse Lastekaitse on lapse õiguste ja heaolu tagamiseks käesolevas seaduses sätestatud põhimõtteid järgivate tegevuste, toetuste, teenuste ja muu abi (edaspidi koos meetmed) kogum.
