  • (5) Turustaja käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on tarneahelas osalev füüsiline või juriidiline isik, kes teeb probleemtoote turul kättesaadavaks. Turustaja võib olla samal ajal ka tootja käesoleva paragrahvi lõigete 11–17 tähenduses.
