(2) Erirežiimihaldur on erirežiimi ajal Eesti kindlustusandja või kolmanda riigi kindlustusandja Eesti filiaali seaduslik esindaja. Erirežiimi ajaks peatuvad Eesti kindlustusandja juhatuse, nõukogu, üldkoosoleku, prokuristi ja muu esindaja ning filiaali juhataja või kolmanda riigi kindlustusandja Eesti filiaali juhataja ja muu esindaja volitused, kui erirežiimi kehtestamise otsusega ei ole ette nähtud teisiti.
