Nööril kõndimise sihtimistehnika harjutamiseks on vaja sisselõiketa ja õmbustega näpulappi. Olenevalt märgi kaugusest liigutakse sihtimisel nokipunktist rohkem või vähem allapoole - pikematel distantsidel vähem, lähematel rohkem.
Nööril kõndimine(string walking) tähendab vibunööril vertikaalselt sõrmede asendi muutmist vastavalt laskedistantsile ning ankrupunkti (referentspunkt) kasutamist.
In the first phase, the archer must choose where to place their fingers on the string. The further away the target is, the higher up the string the fingers will be placed (close to the arrow); the closer the target is, the lower down the string the fingers will be placed (up to about 20 centimetres below the arrow).
