  • Aereerimine ei vaja valgusallikat. Veini võib julgelt valada karahvini. Mida noorem vein, seda julgemalt võib valada. Vein saab valamise käigus õhku ja agressiivsed tanniinid muutuvad pehmemaks. Aereerimine tuleb kasuks enamik veinidele, kuid see ei tee siiski imesid, lihtsast Chardonnay veinist aereerides Chablis'i ei saa.
