Experiences intense feelings of rage that result in uncontrolled aggression, such as hurting people or damaging objects. The displayed aggression is out of control and aims to destroy or exterminate the aggressor, sometimes literally. The patient may display the affect of an enraged or uncontrollable child, acting out or screaming at an (alleged) perpetrator.
The patient feels enraged for the same reason as the Angry Child, but loses control. This is expressed in offensive and injurious actions toward people and objects, in the same way as a small child hurts his parents.
