§ 42 lg (4) Käesoleva paragrahvi lõikes 1 nimetatud vastutus ei lõpe käesoleva seaduse §-s 114 ega 1141 sätestatud maksuvõla mahakandmise, kustutamise, ümberkujundamise ega sellest vabastamisega.
§ 42 lg (4) Liability specified in subsection 1 of this section does not terminate with the write-off, forgiveness, transformation of the tax debt or exemption therefrom provided in §§ 114 or 1141 of this Act.
