The term "bar" includes: (1) rounds, squares, hexagons, and similar cross sections 9.5 mm (3/8 inch) and greater across; (2) flats greater than 5.16 mm (0.203 inch) in thickness and 152 mm (6 inch) and less in width, or 5.84 mm (0.23 inch) and greater in thickness and 203 mm (8 inch) and less in with; (3) small structural shapes as angles, channels, tees, and other standard shapes less than 76 mm (3 inch) across; (4) concrete reinforcing bars.
