Neeper, tähis Np, on logaritmiline ühik kahe füüsikalise suuruse suhte ehk signaali tugevuse või kao (sumbuvuse) mõõtmiseks. Neeperi väärtus leitakse kahe amplituudi või võimsuse suhte naturaallogaritmi abil. Üks neper on võrdne umbes 8,68 detsibelliga (dB). Neeper on saanud nime logaritmide leiutaja John Napieri järgi.
