Where intervention products are to be dispatched or exported in the same state as that in which they were removed from intervention stock, the control copy T 5 referred to in Article 2 (3), in cases of exportation or dispatch, or the document referred to in Article 2 (4) proving the Community status of the goods, in cases of dispatch, shall be issued on production of a removal order issued by the intervention agency. This order shall be numbered and shall indicate:
- a description of the products, such description being made in the manner prescribed for completion of Section 31 of the control copy T 5 referred to in Article 2 (3) or of the most appropriate section of the document used that is referred to in Article 2 (4), and where appropriate any other information necessary for the purposes of control,
- the number and type of packages, and the marks and numbers borne by such packages,
- the gross and net mass of the products,
- a reference to the Regulation applicable,
- the information to be stated in Sections 104 and 106 of the control copy T 5, or in the most appropriate section of the document used. The removal order shall be kept by the customs office of departure.
