Manufacture in which all the materials of Chapters 1 and 2 used must be wholly obtained.
The T2 procedure shall apply to goods carried in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 1:
(a) in the Community: only when the goods are Community goods. By "Community goods" is meant goods:
- entirely obtained in the customs territory of the Community without the addition of goods from third countries or territories which are not part of the customs territory of the Community.
