The Member States shall set out the standard value deduction to be used in calculating the flat-rate compensation foreseen in Article 14b (5) of the basic Regulation and the advances relating thereto, broken down according to the outlets referred to in Article 1 (b), (c), and (d) of Regulation (EEC) No 1501/83.
