Four methods of analysis for the determination of trans-anethole in aniseed-flavoured spirit drinks, glycyrrhizic acid and chalcones in pastis and egg yolk in egg liqueur and liqueur with egg have been validated according to internationally recognised procedures as part of a research project supported by the Commission.
