Tööandja võib summeeritud tööaja arvestuse korral rakendada käesoleva paragrahvi 1. lõikes ette nähtud igapäevase tööaja kestusest erinevat töötundide arvu päevas (vahetuses), kusjuures see ei või ületada 12 tundi.
