Tekkiva või tekkida võiva tollivõla tagamiseks võib toll nõuda teda rahuldavat tagatist. Tagatissumma ei tohi ületada tollivõlast tulenevat maksusummat. Tagatise esitab tollile isik, kellel tekib või võib tekkida tollivõlg.
With regard to products falling within tariff heading No 11.07 a premium shall be added to the levy fixed in advance. This premium shall, per 100 kg of processed products, be equal to the premium applicable under Article 15 of Regulation No 120/67/EEC and under Council Regulation No 140/67/EEC (') of 21 June 1967 on rules for the advance fixing of levies on cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2435/70 (2), and in accordance with the scale in force on the day on which the licence was applied for, to the quantity of the basic product taken as a basis for the calculation of the variable component of the levy.
