Fresh meat which comes from a slaughterhouse, cutting establishment, cold store or another processing establishment in the same country as the establishment concerned must be transported to it under satisfactory sanitary conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Council Directives referred to in Article 2 (1) (b) except those on sealing.
