Neto-omavahendid saadakse, arvates vastavalt Eesti Panga poolt kehtestatud korrale bruto-omavahenditest maha:
1) osalused teistes krediidi- ja finantseerimisasutustes;
2) allutatud nõuded ja muud nimetatud finantsinstrumentidega sarnased kapitali iseloomuga nõuded krediidi- ja finantseerimisasutustele.
