Asjast huvitatud lepingupool informeerib ühiskomiteed kõigist erimeetmetest, mida kavatsetakse toote suhtes võtta, ja teise lepingupoole nõudmisel konsulteeritakse ühiskomitees nende meetmete ja valdkondade üle, millesse need tooted kuulusid. Nimetatud meetmete võtmise korral annab asjaosaline lepingupool ühiskomiteele graafikuga käesoleva artikli alusel kehtestatud tollimaksude kõrvaldamiseks.
