  • shared-cost program - government programme provided by one level of government, usually the provinces, using money provided by the other level, usually the federal government. Shared-cost programmes help governments which have the jurisdictional obligation but lack the financial resources to provide programmes and maintain a nation-wide standard of public service.

  • 1. Arengukava täitmist arutatakse Tartu Linnavolikogus, Linnavalitsuses ja koostöökogus. Kontrolli linnaeelarve raha kasutamise üle teostab linnavalitsuse rahandusosakond. Linnaeelarvest kaasfinantseerimisega teostatavate projektide täitmise kontrolli kord määratakse projekti partnerite vahelise lepinguga.
