  • Starditoetust makstakse isikule, kes alustab ettevõtlusega maapiirkonnas. Starditoetuse määrad sätestatakse tegevusalade lõikes ja diferentseeritakse piirkonniti. Starditoetuse maksmist korraldab Sotsiaalministeerium selleks eelarves ettenähtud vahendite arvelt tööhõivetalituste kaudu kooskõlastatult kohaliku omavalitsuse ja maavanemaga.
