2. Where a false declaration is made deliberately or through grave negligence, the producer organization concerned shall be disqualified for the aid provided for under this Regulation.
1. They shall render themselves liable to disciplinary action and to payment of compensation as regards any loss or deterioration of the monies, assets and documents in their charge where such loss or deterioration result from an intentional mistake or serious negligence on their part.
