(5) Sõiduki seadmestik on elektroonilise teemaksu kogumise teenuse osana kasutatav sõidukisse integreeritud või sõidukis asuv seade andmete kogumise, salvestamise, töötlemise ning kaugvastuvõtmise ja -edastamise otstarbel, mis vastab Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi (EL) 2019/520 artiklis 3 ning Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivides 2014/53/EL raadioseadmete turul kättesaadavaks tegemist käsitlevate liikmesriikide õigusaktide ühtlustamise kohta ja millega tunnistatakse kehtetuks direktiiv 1999/5/EÜ (ELT L 153, 22.05.2014, lk 62–106) ning 2014/30/EL elektromagnetilist ühilduvust käsitlevate liikmesriikide õigusaktide ühtlustamise kohta (uuesti sõnastatud) (ELT L 96, 29.03.2014, lk 79–106) sätestatud nõuetele., defineeritakse kõikide Eesti õigusaktide ulatuses, (5) ‘On-board equipment (OBE)’ means the complete set of hardware and software components to be used as part of the toll service which is installed or carried on board a vehicle in order to collect, store, process and remotely receive/transmit data, either as a separate device or embedded in the vehicle, which meets the requirements provided in Article 3 of Directive (EU) 2019/520 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in Directive 2014/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of radio equipment and repealing Directive 1999/5/EC (OJ L 153, 22.05.2014, pp 62–106) and Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (recast) (OJ L 96, 29.03.2014, pp 79–106)., defined within the scope of all Estonian legal instruments
