Where the day set for notification to the Commission is a national holiday, provision should be made that it be brought forward to the preceding working day.

'National holiday' ei ole hea vaste (sobib 'rahvuspüha' vasteks). Tõenäoliselt vaste muutub ja uus saab olema 'days of national importance' {29.11.2000}
