1. Specific recognition shall be withdrawn with retroactive effect where the organization to which it has been granted has used it or benefits from it fraudulently. In such cases, any aid granted under Article 7b of the basic Regulation shall be recovered by the Member State.
2. The proceedings concerning imports of LAECs originating in Japan, the Republic of Korea and Taiwan, should be terminated without the re-imposition of anti-dumping measures, with a retroactive effect as of 28 February 1999.
