If the payments made to the subcontractors generate interest which may be used to finance the programmes in question, the following procedure shall be applied: - periodically, at intervals of no more than six months, recovery orders shall be issued for the interest generated by these funds, which will then be booked to the statement of revenue, - at the same time, appropriations for the corresponding amount, in both commitments and payments, shall be made available in the heading of the statement of expenditure to which the initial expenditure was charged.
