An export licence or certificate shall not be required and may not be produced at the time of the acceptance of the re-export declaration in the case of products in respect of which the exporter provides proof that a favourable decision for repayment or remission of import duties has been given in respect of such products in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 1430/79.
