Radar equipment and speed of rotation indicator
The radar screen must not be substantially off the steersman's line of vision when he is in the normal position at the wheel.
The radar image must remain fully visible, without the aid of a mask or screen, irrespective of the lighting conditions prevailing outside the wheelhouse.
A speed-of-rotation indicator must be installed directly above or below the radar screen.
