purchaser, purchasing agent - an individual concerned with buying goods, materials, or business services, for internal use or for further processing in governmental, industrial, business and other institutions, where the items purchased are not for resale
For the purpose of this Regulation:
- the term "product" is taken to include any goods or services,
- the term "consumer" is taken to include professional purchasers.
