Conversion of premium amounts into national currency shall be made: (a) for deseasonalization and processing premiums, at the agricultural conversion rate applicable on 1 January of the calendar year during which the animal was slaughtered; (b) for the other premiums and the additional amount, at the agricultural conversion rate applicable on 1 January of the calendar year in respect of which the premium and/or amount is granted.
